Als ich mein Outfit für die Hochzeit, auf die ich letztens eingeladen war, zusammenstellte, begann ich mit dem Kleid. Es war wunderschön, hatte aber leider keine Ärmel, dafür Träger, also war mir klar, dass ich als nächstes einen Langarmbolero brauchte. Ich wusste, dass magenta perfekt zu diesem Kleid passen würde und begann, online nach magentafarbenen Boleros zu suchen. Ich fand ein paar auf e-bay, die ziemlich günstig (um die 5 GBP / 6 EUR) und in einer ganzen Palette von Farben erhältlich waren. Und dann landete ich, irgendwie, auf der Seite von Nomads Clothing. Ich habe hier bereits Kleider von ihnen vorgestellt - Nomads Clothing ist eine Firma, die auf Fair-Trade-Kleidung spezialisiert ist. Außerdem haben sie zur Zeit einen Langarmbolero im Angebot! In magenta!!

I found a couple on e-bay which were pretty cheap (around 5 GBP) and came in a variety of colours. And then, somehow, I stumbled upon the page of Nomads Clothing. I have presented clothes of theirs here before - they are a company specialising in fair trade clothing. And they currently do a long-sleeve shrug! In magenta!!
Der Bolero kostete 20 GBP / ca. 24 EUR und war also weitaus teurer als die Teile von e-bay ... aber wenn wir immer alle nur weiter davon sprechen, wie wichtig Fairtrade ist und keiner bereits ist, tatsächlich auch Einschnitte zu machen (wie klein sie auch sein mögen) ... dann bringen wir es nie zu was. Ich bestellte also den Bolero ... der perfekt zu meinem Kleid passte (aber mehr dazu später).

So I ordered the shrug ... which fitted my dress perfectly (but more on that later).

Und für alle, die nicht ganz so magenta-verrückt sind wie ich (ihr verpasst was!!): In lila und schwarz gibt es ihn auch. || Oh, and for all those who are not as crazy about magenta as I am (you miss out! big time!!), it also comes in purple and black.
